AWANA is intended to be a parent participation program. We need parents’ help in order to make the AWANA club great. We ask parents to work alongside their children at club night and throughout the week, to ensure we have a strong program and to maximize discipleship.
For all accepted children, at least one parent will be required to attend a one-time orientation meeting. This will be a teaching and training time where you will learn the purpose of Awana, the role of the parent in Awana, and the way to get the most benefit from your child’s Awana experience.
Upon completing the training, you can complete the registration procedure by paying the fees for 2011-2012 club year.
Of course as AWANA is resource intensive, we would love to have parents come and help us out. Please click on the tab for the various roles and responsibilities in an AWANA program. Prayerfully, consider helping the AWANA kids by volunteering your time.
